ICADE, 1995; Stagiaire, Gide-Loyrette-Nouel, Paris, 1996; Lecturer in Commercial Law, Univeristy of Alcalá, 1996-1997; Master of Laws, Fordham University, New York, 1998; Associate, Uría & Menéndez, 1998-2002. Mr. Pérez de la Cruz currently teaches Corporate Law at the Masters Program organised by the School of Business International Centre (Centro Internacional de Formación Financiera) in Madrid and has published several articles in both national and international law reviews. He has been appointed as Arbitrator in arbitration proceedings managed by the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and the Spanish Court of Arbitration. He is a specialist in International Business Law, Corporate and Banking.
